EVENT: One day workshop on “Computer Awareness” for school children of Kalakhamb was organized on 26th October 2018 by Department of Computer Science with NGO team. Around 50 students from Government school of 7th standard had participated in the workshop. Faculty members from Department of Computer Science & Electronics trained the students about basics of Computers.
EVENT:On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti NGO & NSS committee organized FREE HEALTH CHECKUP CAMP at village KALKAMBHA adopted by KLS VPP on 2nd Oct,2018 , All the staff members attended the camp.
EVENT:World Red Cross Day was celebrated on 17th May 2018 with theme – “Memorable smiles from the around the world”.Dr. S.N. Shetty from Dakshata Hospital gave talk on Health awareness .We had Free Health Check-Up for all faculty and Staff.
EVENT:WORLD HEALTH DAY was celebrated on 7th APRIL 2018 with the theme “ Universal Health Coverage-Everyone , Everywhere”. A talk was delivered by Ms. Sushama Patil and also demonstration given on “Pranic Healing “with team members.
EVENT:KLS VPP, Organized the “International Women’s Day “ on 8.03.2018 in coordination with KLS campus all Institutions . Ms. Shreya Deshpande and Ms. Mayura Shirvalkar were the Chief Guest for the function.
EVENT:A talk on “Asmita” Women Rights and Duties was arranged for Women staff of VPP on 17.11.2017 by Inner Wheel Club of Belgaum. Adv. Sarita Patil and Adv. Swati Bicchu highlighted on Women Rights,duties and laws.
EVENT:International Literacy day was organized in the Seminar Hall on 8/9/2017. All the staff members and final year students attended the same. Some of the staff and students expressed their views on “Literacy in the Digital World theme for 2017”on this occasion.
EVENT: As a part of social responsibility the NGO team of KLS’s VPP comprising of staff and students visited “Gharkul” a Home for Aged at Benakanahalli in Belagavi on 11<sup>th</sup> Jan, 2017.The staff and students spent time with inmates of “ Gharkul” by playing games like Housie and Antakshari. The inmates also shared experiences with the team members.
